Return Window

 

 

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

 


 

Mandatory Conditions

 

 

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

 


 

Damage Claims

 

 

  • In case of damaged or defective items, an opening video is mandatory.

  • Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the claim.

Verification & Refund

 

 

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected and verified.

  • If the claim is found to be valid, the refund amount will be credited back to your account on the same day.

  • Items bought on sale or discount may not be eligible for return (if applicable).

  • Size or fit issues are not eligible for return unless specified.

  • Slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution is not considered a defect.
